Do I contact MealMonger with questions about my order?
No. MealMonger is not a delivery service. MealMonger is a referral service for independently owned and operated Delivery Services. Questions regarding your order should be taken up with the local delivery service responsible for your order.
How will I know which delivery service will be delivering my meal?
At the end of placing your order, you will be notified which delivery service your food order has been sent to, along with the phone number to contact them with questions or concerns regarding your order.
When are you open?
Each independent delivery service has its own hours of operation. MOST delivery services are open Monday through Friday 11:00am to 9:00pm, and from 4:00pm to 10:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.
What does it cost?
Each independent delivery service has its own delivery fee structure. You can expect to pay anywhere from $3.99 to $6.99 for delivery depending upon your location. Prices, menus and delivery policies are subject to change without notice. Restaurant coupons and promotions do not apply to delivery orders.
Do I have to tip the driver?
Drivers receive a portion of the delivery fee to cover car expenses. Additional compensation comes from tips. A gratuity comparable to what you would tip inside a restaurant is appreciated.
Which restaurants can I order from?
Restaurants are available according to your delivery zip code, and per the delivery services contractual agreement with the restaurant.
Can I pay extra for a restaurant that does not normally deliver to my area?
Delivery parameters have been established to ensure the quality of the food.
What is the minimum order?
Each delivery service sets their own minimum food order. Typically, the minimum food order is around $15.00. This total does not include delivery fee.
How long does it take for delivery?
Typically it takes about an hour for a delivery service to delivery a prepared meal to a customer.
Is everything on the delivery menu the same as in the restaurant?
Some items may not be available for delivery because of their limited availability or because they do not travel well. Prices are subject to change without notice.
What about drinks?
Each delivery service normally offers cans of soda from their house menu for an additional charge.
If it is taking too long can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been started by the restaurant it can not be cancelled.
